Start a return
We want you to love what you ordered. If it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Fill out the form and we’ll take it from there. We’ll provide you a shipping label within 1–3 days from request, and you can use that label to return the product through UPS.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Westrider does not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order for the desired piece.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
